Hi, I'm Keir.
For the last 16 years I've helped over 700 women feel more energised, clear-headed and connected to their bodies.
I started as a personal trainer in 2009, mostly working with women on weight loss. But I kept seeing the same thing in my long-term clients. They were doing everything "right" in the gym, yet still battling low energy, brain fog, and feeling not like themselves anymore.
That sent me down a different path. I went deep on female physiology and perimenopause, learning alongside Dr Nicky Keay, a leading authority in women's hormonal health.
These days I work privately with professional women over 40 who are running on empty, helping them clear brain fog, rebuild their energy, and feel like themselves again. I also run workshops on women's health for organisations like Durham FA, schools and workplaces.
When I'm not juggling family life and a busy schedule I'm climbing mountains or going on adventures with my wife and kids.
